Our standard check-in time is 14:00-20:00. It is possible also to check-in from 10:30 to 14:00 and between 20:00 and 22:00.
For morning arrivals between 10:30 and 14:00, non è garantita the immediate availability of the room is not guaranteed, but we offer free luggage storage service.
Every guest is required to provide an identification document for completing the public safety form.
STAY IN THE STRUCTURE
BREAKFAST & CHECK-OUT
from 8:00 to 10:00
On the departure day, room must be left by 10:00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, after this time the staff will be free to enter the rooms to solicit guests and start working.
We offer free luggage storage service; This service costs 5€ if check-out time is not respected.
Keys must be returned at check-out. In case of loss the cost is 30€.
Continental breakfast, if added to the reservation, is served from 8.30 to 10.00 in the common breakfast area from Monday to Saturday.
SERVICES:

For those who do not respect the check-out time (10:00), this
service is subject to a fee and costs €5.

In the common area guests will find:
- Umbrellas - Coffee/Tea Machine - Kettle - Fridge
IT'S FORBIDDEN:
-To smoke inside the structure! It is possibile to smoke on “Aida” and “Butterfly” rooms’ balconies using the ashtray. Smokers staying in “Carmen” can get access to the balcony of the common area to smoke without leaving the building.
-To eat food and drink beverage in the room.
It is possibile to eat and drink in the common area.
It is also forbidden to cook in the structure.
-To take excessively long showers to ensure the availability of hot water for everyone.
It is recommended to respect the silence in the time slot between 22:00 and 8:00. In general, please maintain a respectful behavior to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay to all the guests.
Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B and its equipment.
